WISCREPORT.COM (05/04/2017) – Wisconsin’s congressional delegation voted along party lines on House health Bill designed to replace Obamacare. The House voted to pass the bill 217-213, Thursday, May 5, 2017. Wisconsin’s Republican representatives, Paul Ryan, Jim Sensenbrenner, Glenn Grothman, Sean Duffy and Mike Gallagher, voted in favor. Federal Funds Help Repair Damaged Roads And Bridges

WISCONSINREPORT.COM (10/25/2016) – $1.6 million in Emergency Relief funds from the Department of Transportation’s Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) will be used to repair roads and bridges damaged by flooding in western Wisconsin. The announcement comes after Wisconsin’s U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin sent a letter earlier this month to U.S. Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx requesting that he make funding available because of damage by recent storms in the state.
