The Necedah Village Board got an update on the Necedah Lake Plan at its meeting on Monday night. In an email, Village Administrator Roger Herried said the village is working with a consultant to determine the best way to improve the water quality, fish habitat and maintain recreational use of Necedah Lake. The process involves obtaining public input, monitoring the water quality, inventorying plants, inventorying fish and developing a plan that promotes recreational use without negatively impacting the Necedah Lake.
