Read moreA Missouri man has been charged with first degree sexual assault of a child under the age of 12. According to the criminal complaint, 53-year-old Daniel F. Schonasky allegedly had intercourse with a child under the age of 12 in the City of Mauston May 2017. He faces imprisonment of no more than 60 years for the charge. Court records show that an initial appearance for Schonasky is scheduled for January 10 at 9:00am at the Juneau County Justice Center. Officials say unless a judgment of conviction is entered, Schonasky is presumed innocent of all charges.
