Camp Douglas EMT Raises Rate by a $1.50

The Necedah Town Board was notified by Camp Douglas EMT’s that their rate will increase by $1.50.  The current per capita rate is changing from $18 a person to $19.50 a person.  The rate adjustment was delivered by Camp Douglas Police Chief James Newlun after he put on a presentation for the board.  Newlun says there are concerns about bill collecting and staffing.  He says the amount collected from the amount billed out is only 32%.  Newlun hopes the rate increase will help with new equipment and retaining employees.
