Elroy Man Violates Probation Charged with Drug/Paraphernalia Possession
A 34 year old Elroy Man is facing charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after being contacted by police on August 21st. Authorities made contact with Christopher Friis because his Parole Agent believed he might be homeless and Friis was violating his parole by being outside of his residence after 9pm. Authorities questioned Friis and he said he was meeting his mother but made no mention of violating his curfew. Friis was asked if he had anything on him and he responded he did. Authorities found multiple baggies in his backpack. The baggies contained various amounts of methamphetamine. Authorities also located other drug related items in the backpack.
