Dana M. Pharo, age 28 of Madison WI, formerly of Mauston, WI died on Wednesday November 15, 2017 at Agrace Hospice Care, in Fitchburg WI.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, November 20, 2017, at 11:00AM at the New Lisbon Community Center (110 Welch Prairie Rd) in New Lisbon. Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation at the New Lisbon Community Center on Sunday November 19th from 2:00pm until 6:00pm. Burial will take place in the New Lisbon City Cemetery. Pastor Deb Burkhalter presiding. Memorials to, Friends and Family Cancer Foundation (PO Box 8, Mauston, WI 53948) would be appreciated.
