Wisconsin Rapids mayoral election: Vruwink, Blaser talk coronavirus response, city debt

Mayor Zach Vruwink will face City Council member Shane Blaser in the race for mayor. Vruwink was first elected in 2012. Blaser was elected to the council in 2016 and formerly served as city clerk.
