Vernon County Fatal Truck Crash
Sheriff John B. Spears reports a single vehicle accident resulting in a fatality on January 31st 2018. The accident occurred at approximately 11:30pm on County Road K near Hamburg Ridge Road in the Town of Hamburg.
Bradley L. Sisbach age 40 of rural Viroqua, WI was operating a pickup truck eastbound on County Road K. The vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree. The vehicle came to rest against the tree and Bradley Sisbach was later pronounced dead by the Vernon County Coroner’s Office.
Sisbach was not wearing his seatbelt when the crash occurred. This marks Vernon County’s 1st motor vehicle fatality in 2018.
Assisting the Vernon County Sheriff’s Office was the Coon Valley Fire and First Responders, Tri-State Ambulance, and the Vernon County Coroner’s Office.
The accident remains under investigation by the Vernon County Sheriff’s Office and the Vernon County Coroner’s Office.
