Necedah Man Jailed after Allegedly Punching Woman In the Face

A Necedah man is facing multiple charges including Felony Bail Jumping, Substantial Battery, and Resisting Arrest.  32 year old Justin Heller is accused of telling a woman he was going to rape her before punching her multiple times in the face.  Heller then walked off with her phone and cigarettes.  The events took place outside of a New Lisbon establishment on July 7th.  Two witnessed confirmed these events happening to the female victim.  The victim was taken by ambulance to the hospital.  Authorities were able to contact Heller and place him under arrest early the next morning; however Heller was unruly while being placed under arrest.  Heller was transported to Juneau County Jail.
