Mauston Man Facing Multiple Charges Lingering From 2017 OWI Charge
A Mauston man is facing a count of Felony Bail Jumping and a count of Operating a Motor Vehicle while Revoked Due to Alcohol/Controlled Substance/Refusal. On September 18th 27 year old Darien Ruf was pulled over on State Highway 80 near New Lisbon by Wisconsin State Patrol. Ruf was pulled over for not wearing his seatbelt. When handing over his identification Ruf admitted to the Patrolmen he did not have a valid license. Ruf’s license was revoked due to an OWI from 2017. Part of his bond condition was not to drive without a valid driver’s license.
