Four 911 Vilas Co. calls warn of man who 'appeared to be out of it'

BOULDER JUNCTION (WAOW) – Four 911 calls warned of a 32-year-old man who "appeared to be out of it" before he was seriously hurt in a rollover crash Friday, the Vilas County Sheriff’s Department said.
