Erickson, Harriet E. Age 92 of Arkdale

Harriet E. Erickson, age 92, of Arkdale, Wisconsin died Sunday, April 11, 2021 at Fair View Nursing Home in Mauston, Wisconsin.

Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 23, 2021 at the Roseberry’s Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin.   Pastor Sam Downey will officiate.  Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. until the time of service on Sunday at Roseberry’s Funeral Home.

Interment will be at the East Arkdale Cemetery at a later date.

Harriet was born May 24, 1928 in Friendship, Wisconsin to Thornton A. and Evelyn (Strom) Pierce.   She graduated from Adams-Friendship High School in 1945.  She married Donald W. Erickson on May 08, 1948 at the Arkdale Lutheran Church.  They lived in several places before settling in Arkdale, WI where they farmed.

Harriet enjoyed to go shopping with her daughter and granddaughter and watch the Price is Right and Wheel of Fortune,

Harriet was preceded in death by her parents: Thornton and Evelyn; Husband, Donald; son, William; brother, Robert; sisters: Dorothy Hartwig.

Survivors:

Daughter:  Louann (Larry) Smith of Friendship, WI

Son: Robert Erickson of Necedah, WI

Daughter:  Judith (David) Cox of Necedah, WI

Grandchildren:  Michael Smith, David Lee Cox, Kathy Smith, Timothy Cox, Scott Erickson, Todd Erickson, Toni Kolkmeyer, Lee Erickson, Alyse Erickson

Further survived by many great-grandchildren; great-greatgrandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
