City Council Approves ATV/UTV Routes Eliminates Private Property Route Near Fair Grounds
The Mauston City Council approved the ATV-UTV routes at its meeting last night. They also eliminated a road of the map near the Juneau County Fairgrounds after it was determined to be a private road and not a city road. The Council also awarded operators licenses to Tyler Tardiff, Jenny Gottschall, Caitlyn Nauer, and Brandy Yates. The Council also issued a temporary Class B beer and wine license to St. Patrick’s Church for their summer picnic on July 20th. The city approved a pay request of $129,741.50 to A1 Excavating for the 2018 street project. The Public Works department received a $53,375 grant to help with damn maintenance. The next Common Council meeting is scheduled for July 24th.
