Chris Jacobs, convicted of kidnapping in 1987 Kunz murders, released from prison, arrested for 'rule violation' on same day

Chris Jacobs III, 53, was released from prison on Tuesday and on the same day, booked into the Marathon County Jail on a “rule violation.”
