South Wayne Man Arrested for OWI-4th Offense

A South Wayne man has been arrested for OWI-4th Offense. According to the Wisconsin State Patrol Tomah Post, on Tuesday at about 9:30pm, a Wisconsin State Patrol trooper stopped a Maroon Ford Mustang by westbound mile marker post 25 in Monroe County after it passed his fully marked cruiser at speeds in excess of 100mph.
