Dorothy A. McReynolds, age 80 years, of Elroy, passed away on Monday, September 11, 2017 at Heritage Manor in Elroy, Wisconsin. She was born on March 10, 1937 to Leo and Florence (Olson) West near Elroy and graduated from the Elroy High School. Dorothy was united in marriage to Vilas McReynolds on May 22, 1956 in Waukon, Iowa.  They were lifelong residents of Elroy and she worked for Ray-O-Vac in Wonewoc over 40 years until her retirement.  Vilas preceded her in death on October 10, 2010. She enjoyed raising flowers, traveling and being with her friends, along with her love of spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors

Margaret Louise Hollman, age 94, of Friendship, Wisconsin passed away September 15, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her bother George Lahm and by her cherished husband Donald Hollman on August 18, 2017. She was born on March 24, 1923 to Adam and Olive (Brown) Lahm above Miss Manthey’s Hat Shop on Main Street in Adams, Wisconsin. She graduated from Adams Friendship High School in 1941 where she played French horn and was the Junior Prom Queen. Margaret then attended and graduated from Mount Saini School of Nursing in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1944. She wanted to enter the service with many of her classmates

Vera Lorraine Cook born November 27, 1929, to Edward Theodore and Minnie Henrietta (Grunwald) Edwards, the youngest daughter of 13 children. As a young girl, she enjoyed fishing with her Dad, going to dances with her brothers and sisters, and spending time outdoors enjoying nature. Vera attended Friendship Grade School and graduated from Adams Friendship High School. She Married Norman N. Cook on January 8, 1949, and dairy farmed with him while raising 5 children. Upon quitting farming, they moved to Plover. Vera enjoyed gardening especially with granddaughter Jessica, fishing with great-grandson Jacob, and visiting with and traveling with family.
