One was injured in a truck versus buggy accident Wednesday afternoon. Vernon County Sheriff John Spears said 59-year-old Michael L. Welsh of rural Readstown was traveling southbound on Highway 27 in the Town of Franklin when he came upon an Amish horse and buggy operated by 26-year-old Daniel P. Glick of rural Viroqua also traveling southbound. Welsh did not see the buggy and struck the rear imbedding the truck into the rear of the buggy. A passenger in the truck, 52-year-old Roseanna N. Welsh was transported to Vernon Memorial Healthcare with unknown injuries. Glick and Michael Welsh were not injured in the crash. Both occupants in the truck were wearing
