Justin R Fry, age 31, was cited for shoplifting a sandwich from the Elroy Kwik Trip on December 27th.  Security Camera footage shows him putting the sandwich in his pocket and leaving the store without paying for it.  It appeared he had also taken a bottled drink, but security camera footage was unclear.  He was recognized and identified by a Kwik Trip employee.  He had previously been banned from all Kwik Trip stores due to a 2014 shoplifting incident, therefore he was cited for both shoplifting and trespassing. During the late afternoon Saturday December 30th Derek James Stickney, age 36 of New Lisbon, was traveling on County Road B near Davies Road the in the Town of Lisbon when he apparently lost control of the vehicle he was driving, went into a ditch, travelled approximately 75 feet in the ditch, then spun and rolled over causing severe damage to the vehicle and striking dead trees and a telephone Junction Box.   He was immediately picked up by so somebody else and fled the scene. Donald J Tweedy was accused in Iowa for several felony offenses including attempted burglary, operating vehicle with no consent, and eluding.  He fled from Justice in Iowa to Juneau County where he was apprehended and will be extradited back to the state of Iowa.
