Downing, Philip John, age 85 of Ontario

Philip “John” H. Downing, age 85, of Ontario, WI, passed away Monday, March 12, 2018, at Norseland Nursing Home with his loved ones by his side.   Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 17, 2018, 1:00 p.m. at the Ontario Community Center.  Pastor Gary Daines will officiate.  Burial with full military honors will follow at the Hilltop Rest Cemetery, Ontario.
