The Oneida County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the crash of an air ambulance helicopter Thursday night in Hazelhurst in which its been reported that 3 people died. The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office will use modern testing techniques to learn more about the woman called “Jane Doe” when she was buried at a cemetery in the Town of Waupun six years ago.  Her remains were exhumed Thursday.  Tests on her bones could reveal where she lived, her ancestors and he eye, hair and skin color.  Investigators are hoping the tests lead to information about her identity.  Jane Doe’s remains were found by hunters in southern Fond du Lac County in November 2008. Questions about financial dealings at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh have resulted in charges of misconduct in office being filed against two former campus leaders.  Former Chancellor Richard Wells and Vice Chancellor Thomas Sonnleitner will make their initial appearances in Winnebago County Circuit Court in June.  Each faces five charges for allegedly improperly managing university funds in five projects.  Both men have denied any wrongdoing.  The Wisconsin Attorney General’s Office is handling the criminal case. A national study finds the most dangerous intersection in Wisconsin is on Milwaukee’s north side.  There have been 136 accidents at 35th and Capitol, resulting in injuries in 104 of them over the last five years.  Milwaukee city leaders will roll out a new initiative with the aim of reducing crashes — especially hit-and-run accidents — at a news conference Monday.  TIME Magazine used data collected over a nine-year period to determine that an intersection in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, near a casino, a horse track, and a shrine, is the most dangerous intersection in the U-S.
