Entrepreneur and businessman Andy Gronik has dropped out of the race to become Wisconsin’s next governor.  His departure reduces the crowded field of Democratic challengers from 10 to nine.  Gronik made his decision after a Marquette University Law School poll show him with support from just four percent of the Democratic voters who were polled.  He is calling on his supporters to switch their vote to other Democrats in an effort to unseat incumbent Republican Governor Scott Walker in November.  The Democratic primary is August 14th. Less than two days after the Wisconsin Department of Justice released the nation’s first ever Green Alert for 70-year-old Michael “Mike” Bates, he was found safe. A Silver Alert had also been issued after Mr. Bates left the Tomah VA Medical Center Community Living Center at 9:11 a.m. Tuesday morning.
