Baldwin touts the importance of federal outdoor program in jeopardy

WAUSAU (WAOW) – A federal program that experts say is essential to hunting and fishing and other outdoor activities is about to expire, and Sen. Tammy Baldwin, D-Wis., said Tuesday that without it Wisconsin could struggle to maintain some of its cherished traditions.
