Adams County Woman Claims She was Raped by Family Member
On May 29th in the Town of Easton a victim reported she had been raped by a blood related family member. The victim said she was intoxicated to the point of vomiting and could not have consented knowingly to sex. She also stated the alleged rapist 30 year old Pablo Cruz, of Friendship was a blood related family member and she would never have consented to that. The victim claims she fell asleep on the couch and woke up to Cruz having vaginal intercourse with her. Cruz who is facing charges of 2nd and 3rd Degree Sexual Assault and Incest claims the sex was consensual.
