Father Of 6-Year-Old Sandy Hook Elementary Victim Suing Wisconsin Author

The father of six-year-old Noah Pozner has filed a defamation lawsuit against the Wisconsin author of the book, “Nobody Died at Sandy Hook.”  Leonard Pozner’s son was one of 26 victims killed at the Connecticut elementary school in December 2012.  Conspiracy theorist James Fetzer of Oregon claims Noah’s death certificate is fake and Pozner is lying about his son’s death.  The court has found three statements in Fetzer’s book to be defamatory.  A Madison court jury is handling the task of determining how much money – if any – Pozner should receive.
