Judge dismisses federal lawsuit over 2015 police shooting of Green Bay man

U.S. judge says officers’ actions must be judged from the perspective of a reasonable officer at the scene, not with the 20/20 vision of hindsight, and that the officers appeared to have acted reasonably.
