Jimmy Anderson (D-Fitchburg) made an eye-opening — and stomach-turning — claim amid work by the Republican-controlled Joint Finance Committee on the state budget.   Specifically, Anderson focused on large-scale farms known as CAFOs, or Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations.
