Necedah Man Facing 4th Offense OWI

A 64 year old Necedah man is facing his 4th Offense OWI after being stopped on January 11th.  Officers were in pursuit of a vehicle driven by Elden Waltemath and were able to make contact with him in a driveway of a residence, near the Town of Necedah.  Waltemath told authorities he was driving home from the bar and smelled of intoxicants.  Authorities had him do a field sobriety test which he failed.  He blew a .185 on a PBT.
