Appeals Court: Kinnard Farms Case Should go to Supreme Court

It what has turned into a legal version of hot potato, justices at the Court of Appeals District II in Waukesha have requested that the Wisconsin Supreme Court decide the fate of a seven-year-old dispute over a large dairy farm’s proposed water pollution permit
in Kewaunee County.
