Man Passed Out in Alleyway Arrested for DOC Warrant

An area man was arrested on a DOC warrant.  Juneau County authorities reported to an alley way to do a welfare check.  The deputy noticed a man later identified as Daniel Hall, passed out on a small grassy area between two buildings.  Hall came to but was reported to be highly intoxicated.  Hall could barely stand and needed the deputies help to keep balance.  Hall gave a preliminary breathalyzer test of .311.  Hall was transported to Juneau County Jail.
