New Lisbon Man Faces 4th Offense OWI
A New Lisbon man is facing his 4th Offense OWI after being pulled over while driving his motorcycle on September 11th. A New Lisbon Police officer noticed a motorcycle driven by 45 year old Jayson Hines, run a red light on South Monroe Street. The motorcycle then drove off going 65 mph in a 55 mph zone. The officer pulled Hines over and Hines began apologizing. The officer could smell an odor of intoxicants coming from Hines. Hines tried to do a field sobriety test but failed and was arrested for his 4th offense OWI.
