New Lisbon Couple Sells Marijuana To Under Cover Deputy
A New Lisbon couple is facing multiple drug charges after selling marijuana to an undercover deputy. The undercover deputy made the purchase at an establishment in Camp Douglas. He asked 29 year old Denise Day, an employee of the business, if she had any marijuana to sell. Denise Day contacted her husband and he came to the business and gave the undercover deputy 6 grams of marijuana. The husband is 30 year old Titus Day. A few days later the undercover deputy made another purchase from Denise, supplying him with 2.5 grams of marijuana. These purchases took place between November and December of 2016. Both Denise and Titus Day are facing 2 counts of Manufacture/Deliver THC as Party to a Crime.
