Two Arrested on Drug Charges in Adams County
Two (2) City of Adams residents have been arrested for numerous drug related charges. Justin Ball (34) and Denielle Hintz (41) of Adams, were arrested on 8/2/18.
Officers and Deputies from the Adams Police Department, Rome Police Department and Adams County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant in the City of Adams. The warrant was part of an ongoing narcotics investigation. Sheriff’s Office K9’s were also requested to assist in the investigation.
A search of the home located numerous evidence items related to the use and packaging of heroin and methamphetamine. Specifically .69 grams of heroin and 7.24 grams of methamphetamine were located in the residence.
The following alleged charges are being requested for both subjects with the Adams County District Attorney’s Office.
Possession of Methamphetamine w/ Intent to Deliver
Possession of Heroin w/ Intent to Deliver
Possession of THC – Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia- Methamphetamine
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Maintain a Drug Trafficking House
Possession or attempted possession of a controlled substance on or near certain places
Misdemeanor Bail Jumping
Both Ball and Hintz are in custody at this time
No further information is being released at this time.
