2 Names released in Fatal Crash/Explosion on I90/94 in Juneau County

There now have been four confirmed deaths in yesterday’s interstate crash/explosion in Juneau County near Mauston.  Two of the names have been released: truck driver Rahul Dev Singh, 22 of Ontario, Canada and 55 year old truck driver Richard Koenen of Minnesota.  The other two deaths are pending on notification of the family.
