Plover man pleads no contest in bizarre jail drug smuggling plot
STEVENS POINT (WAOW) – A 33-year-old Plover man pleaded no contest Friday to one felony in a plot to inject methamphetamine and heroin into the binding of some books as a way to sneak the drugs into the Portage County Jail to his girlfriend, according to online Portage County court records.
