Dane County Family’s Home Destroyed By Fire

Members of a Dane County family saw their home destroyed by fire late Sunday night. The Dane County Sheriff’s Office says the fire occurred on Prairie View Drive in the Town of Bristol. Sheriff’s officials say deputies and Sun Prairie firefighters arrived at the scene at around 11:20 P-M. Fire crews worked for several hours trying to put the fire out. Fire officials say no one was injured, but the home is considered a total loss. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
