Golf with a purpose… Support local healthcare
With the warm summer-like days, golfers are looking for any excuse to break out the clubs and tee off on the greens. Mile Bluff Medical Center Foundation is providing golfers with the perfect excuse to hit the course on Thursday, August 9.
Men and women are invited to golf with a purpose and support local healthcare through the foundation’s 8th Annual Golf Outing at Castle Rock Golf Course. This challenging 18-hole course has plenty of water, sand and trees to test any golfer.
The festivities swing into action with an 11:30 am registration and a shot-gun start at 12:30 pm. There will then be an evening reception followed by an awards banquet.
During the event, participants will have many opportunities to win prizes. There will be a 50/50 raffle, proximity prizes, and games.
Everyone is invited to attend this event, whether it’s to golf, to enjoy the reception and banquet, or to simply support local healthcare. Golfers will compete in teams of four. Those who do not have a full team will be paired up with other golfers.
All proceeds from this event will benefit the health of the community through Mile Bluff Medical Center Foundation. The foundation raises funds to support Mile Bluff Medical Center programs and services. The foundation’s vision is to build community partnerships that ensure lifelong commitments to healthcare advancement, personal well-being and improvement throughout Mile Bluff’s six-county service area.
