Speed limits reduced on stretch of I39/90

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has dialed back speed limits on an accident-plagued stretch of Interstate. There have been numerous crashes on the 139/90 corridor between Madison and Beloit. The DOT has now lowered the speed limit on that stretch to 55 miles an hour.
