Wisconsin Rapids man spends $30, wins $1 million Lottery prize

WISCONSIN RAPIDS (WAOW) – A Wisconsin Rapids man is $1 million richer. James Vruwink won the prize in the Wisconsin Lottery millions scratch game – the last of five $1 million winners, the Lottery reported Thursday.
