Judge Orders Chippewa Falls Woman To Get Mental Health Evaluation
A woman accused of stalking and attacking a man must undergo a mental health evaluation. The victim says he met 21-year-old Courtney Subatch on the social media platform Tinder last year. He says after they had sex she returned, walking into his apartment a few days later. The Eau Claire man says she tried to steal prescription medications and, when he told her to leave, she held a knife to his throat and demanded money. Two days after that, she came back again, and police caught her trying to climb in through a window with a knife in her hand. Subatch entered a guilty plea to three charges, including stalking. If she doesn’t commit a crime for two years, the felony will be reduced to a misdemeanor
