One-vehicle accident results in three citations
A crash occurred at 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday January 9th, but was not reported until several hours later. The one vehicle accident on 18th Avenue in Necedah found the disabled vehicle off the road when sheriff’s deputies arrived and the driver’s grandfather on the scene. The driver Steven Kirkwood, age 20 of Necedah, eventually contacted authorities and was cited for Failure to Keep Vehicle Under Control, Failure to Report an Accident, and Operating after Suspension
