Tony Evers gives Republicans 'homework' as he calls for bills on insulin, PFAS and dark stores

Gov. Tony Evers told lawmakers Thursday he was giving them homework that entails passing legislation in early 2020 to reduce the price of insulin, set standards for chemicals that indefinitely persist in the environment and limit how big box retailers property taxes are determined.
