Tomah Standoff Ends Safely

The Tomah Police Department, Monroe County Sheriff’s Department, and the Monroe County Combined Tactical Unit were at a residence near the Amtrak Depot in the City of Tomah for an incident Wednesday night.  The situation was resolved around midnight. One suspect was safely taken into custody. There were no reported injuries. A press release with further details will be released soon.
