Mosinee man now says he was insane when using "homemade Taser"

WAUSAU (WAOW) – A 55-year-old Mosinee man accused of using a "homemade Taser" on a woman, shackling her with duct tape and forcing her to perform a sex act before locking her inside a wooden box now claims he was insane at the time, according to online Marathon Court records.
