Mauston Man Arrested After Going On Rampage at Local Residence
A 19 year old Mauston man is facing charges of Disorderly Conduct- Domestic Abuse and 2 counts of Felony Bail Jumping. A victim contacted authorities on September 23rd about Spencer Payne ram sacking their residence. The victim said Payne became upset over his current living arrangement and began yelling, swearing and tearing up the house. Authorities arrived and arrested Payne due to an active warrant out for him. The victim says nothing was broken at the residence.
