A Lyndon Station man is facing a fourth operating while intoxicated offense charge. 38-year-old Benjamin Lira faces up to six years in prison or a $10,000 fine, or both. According to the criminal complaint, on July 7, 2017, a state trooper received a complaint of a vehicle driving erratically on I-90 at milepost 71. The New Lisbon School Board approved their preliminary budget for the 2017-18 school year at their monthly meeting on Monday night. the decrease in the revenue limit and state aid this year is mostly due to declining number of students living in the school district. Superintendent Dennis Birr said this is just the best guess they have since the state budget hasn’t been passed.
