Lyndon Station Man Facing 4th Offense OWI

Daniel J Biesek, 47 years of age, from Lyndon Station has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Tomah Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 4th offense. Juneau County Sheriff’s Office reported a vehicle in the ditch outside Lyndon Station. A WI State Patrol Trooper was in the area and checked on the vehicle in the ditch. A lone occupant was observed in the vehicle and appeared under the influence. The Trooper put the subject through Field Sobriety. Subject was arrested for 4th offense OWI. Biesek is presumed to be innocent until or unless proven guilty.
