3 Florida Men Charged with Identity Theft In Juneau County

Three Florida men are being charged in Juneau County after being pulled over for speeding by State Patrol.  29 year old Jason Green, 23 year old Gyasi Johnston, and 33 year old Clayton Miller are all facing a charge of Identity Theft.  The State Trooper made contacted with the vehicle and noticed a smell of marijuana emitting from the vehicle.  Johnston told the trooper there was a small bud in the vehicle but no one admitted who it belonged to.  The patrolmen conducted a search of the vehicle and found 20 credit cards in the center console.  The name on the credit cards did not match any of those in the vehicle.  The trooper also found a tied off sock containing more credit cards matching those found in the center console.  The State Patrol officer then contacted the credit card company and discovered the credit cards were indeed fraudulent.  The three men were then placed under arrest.
