Two New Lisbon Men Facing Drug Charges
Two New Lisbon men are facing drug charges after authorities conducted a search of a Town of Clearfield residence. Deputies drew up a search warrant for the residence of 21 year old Jarrett Smith. There was no one at the residence so they conducted their search. Authorities were able to locate several dozens of drug related items including glass jars containing various amounts of THC totaling nearly 50 grams in total. They also located smoking pipes, razorblades, and plastic food savers containing even more marijuana. During the search two vehicles entered the driveway but exited when they saw the squad cars. One of those vehicles belonged to 47 year old Troy Faulkner. Smith turned himself in that same night on July 26th and told authorities him and Faulkner had been friends for a year. Smith claimed Faulkner took advantage of him and began storing marijuana at his home. Smith and Faulkner are facing charges of Possession With Intent to Deliver THC, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Faulkner is also facing a charge of Felony Bail Jumping.
