OWI 7th offense
During the early morning hours last Thursday, Authorities responded to a report of a driver sleeping in her vehicle in the middle of a roadway. When authorities arrived, the driver of the vehicle was driving again. Authorities pulled her over when she stopped in a driveway on 43rd Street. Rochelle Decorah, age 43 of New Lisbon, was arrested for OWI 7th offense. She registered .176 on the breathalyzer test.
