Montello Man Facing Charges of 3rd Degree Sexual Assault
A Montello man is facing a charge of 3rd Degree Sexual assault in Monroe County. A woman contacted authorities on August 22nd reporting she had unwanted intercourse with 21 year old Chance Moll. The woman claimed it started out consensual but changed when Moll tried to perform a different act.
